Charge the console, turn it on, pick an original console and then a game: that's it. The games are already on the card, no installation or computer needed.
You can save your game at any time from the in-game quick menu, and pick up exactly where you left off.
The menu is available in English.

Take the card out of the console, plug it into your computer, drag your games into the folder of the original console, then put the card back: your new games show up automatically.

Add your own games
Your console arrives ready to play with thousands of retro games already installed. Want to grow your collection? All you need is a computer and a microSD card reader.
How do I add games?

Turn the console off completely
Quit the game you're playing, then turn off the console. Wait until the screen is completely black.

Remove the TF1 card
On the bottom of the console, find the slot marked TF1. Gently press the card to release it, then take it out.

Plug it into your computer
Slide the card into the small microSD slot of the reader, then plug in the reader.
⚠️ Never format the card. If your computer asks, click Cancel.

Open the “Roms” folder
It contains one folder per original console: GB (Game Boy), GBA (Game Boy Advance), FC (NES), SFC (Super Nintendo), MD (Sega Genesis)…

Transfer your games
Find the game files you downloaded beforehand on your computer. Drag each file into the folder of its original console: a Game Boy Advance game goes in “GBA”, a Super Nintendo game in “SFC”. Wait for the copy to finish.

Eject, put the card back and play
Eject the card from your computer, put it back in the TF1 slot and turn on the console: your new games show up automatically.

Do I need to install anything?
No. Charge the console, turn it on and pick a game from the ones on the included card. The menu is available in English and you can save your game at any time.
How long does shipping take?
Your order ships within 24 to 48 business hours, then allow 7 to 9 business days for delivery in the United States. Shipping is free and a tracking number is sent to you by email.
What's the warranty?
Every console comes with a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery. If it breaks down or has a defect, we repair or replace it for free, return shipping included. Email us at contact@mipelia.com with your order number.
Can I return the console?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return it, no questions asked. Just let us know at contact@mipelia.com: return shipping is at your expense unless the product is defective. Everything is explained in our refund policy.
Can two people play together?
Yes, with two RetroPlay Pro consoles connected to the same Wi-Fi network, on compatible games. You don't need Wi-Fi to play solo: it's only used for two-player games and updates.
How long does the battery last?
Up to 6 hours of play per charge, depending on the game and screen brightness. It charges via USB-C: a standard 5V phone charger (1 to 2A) works fine; avoid high-power fast chargers.
Can I add my own games?
Yes. With a computer and a microSD card reader, you can copy compatible game files that you're legally allowed to use onto the card. Every step is explained above on this page.
Which accessories should I choose?
Two accessories are available: the carrying case, to protect the console on the go, and the microSD card reader, to add your games from a computer. They're optional: the console arrives ready to play.
